Hybrid Restaurant
Hybrid Restaurant is proposed as an exhibition, a container of events and performances,
curated by Simone Micheli Architectural Hero with the partnership of PKF hospitality group – a
leading international company in the world of hotel consulting – realized on the occasion of the
Milan 2022 Mobile Fuorisalone, from 6 to 12 June.
19 spaces: sixteen different installations of the contract size, a conference area, a networking
area, an outdoor – garden area, signed by the architect Micheli, define the exhibition on an area
of 4000 square meters, dedicated to as many international press.
The exhibition is characterized by multiple iconic installations and luxurious three-dimensional
hospitable splits: wellness areas, space for gaming, relaxation areas, outdoor three-dimensional
environments, suggestive shop, pharmacy area, space for long residents, office point, bar and
ice cream shop, back office.
Everything contributes to create a real stage within which to take vision and physical contact, for
fragments, with the distinctive projects of the architect Micheli, realized by prestigious partner
companies, including Bianco Cave.
Simone Micheli
Simone Micheli was born in Tuscany in 1964.
Graduated from the Faculty of Architecture in Florence, he met during his university period
important mentors such as Giovanni Klaus Koenig, his thesis rapporteur, Giovanni Michelucci
and Bruno Zevi with whom he collaborates, inaugurating an anti-anonymous architectural path
that goes from the years of his initial training to his current professional activity. In 1990 he founded the homonymous Studio d’Architettura and in 2003 the design company “Simone
Micheli Architectural Hero” based in Florence and Milan. From 2003 to 2009 he was a lecturer at
the Faculty of Architecture in the Tuscan capital. From 2003 to 2009 he was a lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture in the Tuscan capital. Also since 2003 he is also a lecturer at Polidesign and at the Polytechnic School of Design in the
capital of Milan. His professional activity is divided into several directions: from architecture to interior architecture, from design to visual design through communication; his creations, sustainable and always attentive to the environment, are characterized by strong identity and uniqueness. The numerous projects for public administrations and important private clients connected to the
residential world and the community, make it one of the main actors in the European design
dimension.
