Extraction and processing
One of our strengths is the ownership of a large number of quarries located in strategic locations in our region, in order to ensure our customers the widest range of raw materials.
The typical “Bianco Cave Beige Limestone” with its straw yellow color, with its unmistakable honey-colored nuances, the severe elegance of our Grey Stone, the porous structure of the Carparo, the White ‘Ostuni’ Limestone, with its bright color, the Poggiardo Stone with typical marble veins: all the various types of our magnificent natural stones are totally available for every application and need.
Warehouse
After extraction, all raw material is stored in our central warehouse (50,000 square meters); this storage availability guarantees a large and continuous stock of stones, Enabling us to ensure our customers excellent standards of sourcing and delivery.
Laboratory
In line with our decades of experience in the cutting process of our typical stones, today we are proud to have a team specialized in stone processing and cutting, offering our customers the final product in various thicknesses and shapes.
All our operating areas are equipped with the most modern technological tools related to industrial processing and its control.
Extraction sites
To meet all the market needs, Bianco Cave’s extraction basins provide different qualities and shades of stone:
- the Carparo stone, extracted from the Gallipoli quarry , is a stone with a porous and rustic texture;
- la Pietra Leccese color paglierino con siti a Zollino, Corigliano, Martano e Melpignano è una pietra calda ed elegante, la più utilizzata;
- the Grey Stone from the Melpignano quarry is suitable for both modern and classical applications;
- the White ‘Ostuni’ Limestone, is a pure and refined stone;
- the Poggiardo stone , that has marble streaks.
